Spring Engagement Photography at Tarbin Gardens
Last month I finally returned to, the always enchanting, Tarbin Gardens with Morgan and Joey during their engagement session. Even though the forecast said it would rain, which I was secretly excited for because of its romantic charm, but the rain held off, leaving us with a beautiful afternoon to privately explore the gardens. With the flowers just beginning to bloom, the gardens offered a vibrant and intimate backdrop, making us feel like we were exploring The Shire.
Morgan and Joey are such a fun, adventurous couple, and like many, they initially mentioned feeling a little "awkward" in front of the camera. But that's where the magic happens! My approach is all about capturing genuine connection and real emotions, and these two absolutely crushed it. Their session was filled with spontaneous laughter and sweet, authentic moments as we explored every charming nook of the gardens. It's these unscripted moments that truly tell your unique love story and make the best photos.
Tarbin Gardens' incredible colors and overall charm make it an absolutely dream location for engagement photos. If you're searching for a New England engagement or wedding photographer who loves to capture passionate couples amidst breathtaking scenery, and who can make even the most camera-shy feel confident in front of the camera, I'd love to chat!
As an extra treat, this session also gave me the perfect opportunity to try out a new film camera, adding a timeless, nostalgic feel to some of their images. Scroll down to see a few of my favorites captured on film!
