Fall Engagement Session at Fan Pier Park in Boston | Emily & Matthew
I always describe engagement sessions like a date with a third wheel and Emily and Matthew’s fall engagement session at Fan Pier Park in Boston was a perfect example. Like so many brides before her, Emily thought it would take a lot of work for me to capture great photos of them. However, they fully trusted the process and if we only had ten minutes for photos, we would have nailed it. We wandered Fan Pier Park, explored the Seaport, and ended the session shortly before sunset, without needing to do much work at all to get the most out of these two.
After we wrapped up their photos I found out Emily and Matthew kept their evening going with dinner at Faneuil Hall, and honestly that's the best possible ending to an engagement session. They came in thinking they'd need a lot of work and left having forgotten the camera was there and enjoyed the moment. That's the whole point. Emily and Matthew, your wedding at Heritage Museums and Gardens in Sandwich is going to be something special — I cannot wait to see you both again in July.
